Terms of Service

You must be 18 years or older and resident in India to use Sooperfan and to participate in prize draws. Some draws may also exclude certain states or regions where the law requires (see Section 4). Employees, agents, and immediate family of Redacted Studios or of a promotional partner may be excluded from a given draw, as stated in that draw’s rules.

You sign in with your mobile number and a one-time code. You are responsible for keeping your device and sign-in secure and for activity under your account. One account per person; accounts are personal and non-transferable. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

• Points are awarded for completing eligible challenges and are confirmed only after we verify completion.
• Points have no cash value, are not legal tender or stored value, cannot be bought, sold, or transferred, and may expire as stated in the app.
• We may add, change, or remove challenges, and adjust how points are earned or expire, on reasonable notice; and we may decline or reverse points obtained through error, fraud, or breach of these terms.

• Points may be used to enter prize draws shown on the rewards wall. Each draw has its own rules, entry window, and winner-selection method, shown on that draw in the app, which form part of these terms for that draw.
• Entry never requires a payment to Redacted Studios and no purchase is necessary. Draws are void where prohibited. Winners are selected and notified as described in the draw rules, and prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash unless stated.
• Winners may need to provide details to claim and receive a prize, and to confirm eligibility. Unclaimed prizes may be forfeited after the stated period.
• Prize draws are run by Redacted Studios. Apple and Google are not sponsors of, and are not involved in, any draw.

You agree not to: use bots, scripts, or fake engagement to earn points; generate fake or automated visits to share links; create multiple or fraudulent accounts; misrepresent task completion; interfere with the app’s operation or security; or use Sooperfan for anything unlawful. Violations may result in loss of points and account closure.

The Cinema section lets you share films you have watched, ratings, lists, posts, and comments with other users (“your content”). You keep ownership of your content. You grant Redacted Studios a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, and distribute it within Sooperfan for as long as it is on the service.

We have zero tolerance for objectionable content. You must not post content that:

• harasses, threatens, or bullies anyone, or is hateful toward any group;
• is sexually explicit, graphically violent, or promotes self-harm;
• is spam, a scam, or advertising you have not been asked for;
• impersonates a person, studio, or brand;
• shares someone else’s personal details without consent;
• is harmful to children, or deliberately false or misleading, including impersonated or manipulated media;
• threatens the unity, integrity, security, or sovereignty of India or public order;
• contains software viruses or other code designed to interfere with any device or service;
• infringes copyright, trademark, or any other right; or
• is unlawful in India or where it is viewed.

Every list and profile carries a Report and a Block option. We review reports and remove content that breaks these rules, normally within 24 hours, and we may remove content, restrict features, or close accounts without prior notice where we consider it necessary. Blocking a person hides you from each other across the community; you can undo it in Settings. You are responsible for your content, and we are not obliged to monitor it in advance.

Challenges may direct you to third-party social platforms and websites. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their content or actions.

Sooperfan, its design, and the Redacted Studios name and logo are our property or used under licence. Film titles, trailers, artwork, and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are shown for identification and promotional purposes. Film data and artwork are supplied by The Movie Database (TMDB); this product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB. You may not copy or exploit our content except as the app expressly allows.

You may stop using Sooperfan and delete your account at any time, in the app under Profile → Settings → Delete my account or via our deletion page; what is deleted, and what we must keep, is set out in our Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or to protect users, partners, or the service. On termination, unused points and pending prize-draw entries are forfeited unless the law requires otherwise.

Sooperfan is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular challenge or prize will always be available. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Redacted Studios is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of Sooperfan. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including your statutory consumer rights in India.

Sooperfan is distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play. These terms are between you and Redacted Studios only; Apple and Google are not parties to them, have no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app, and are not responsible for addressing any claim relating to it. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you. You confirm that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo and are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights available to you as a resident of India.

We may update these terms and will revise the “Last updated” date; continued use after changes means you accept them. Complaints about content or conduct on Sooperfan can be raised with our Grievance Officer (see our Privacy Policy), who acknowledges them within 24 hours and resolves them within 15 days. Questions?
